Pregnancy places new demands on the body. As your posture shifts and your baby grows, extra stress is placed on the hips, low back, pelvis, shoulders, and feet. Everyday movements become more challenging, and getting comfortable can feel like a full-time job. Prenatal massage is designed to support these changes with safe, intentional techniques tailored to each stage of pregnancy. Every session is focused on easing muscular tension, improving circulation, reducing stress, and helping your body adapt more comfortably as it prepares for birth. And mama...I get it. The restless nights. The constant trips to the bathroom. The little feet practicing gymnastics at 2 a.m. The sore hips, aching low back, swollen feet, and the struggle of simply rolling over or getting out of bed. I've been there, and I understand that these changes are real. My goal is to give your body a chance to rest, recover, and feel supported, even if it's just for a little while. This work may help support: Hip and low back discomfort Postural strain and joint pressure Neck and shoulder tension Circulation and fluid movement Nervous system regulation and relaxation Improved comfort and overall well-being Each session is performed with positioning, pressure, and techniques that prioritize the comfort and safety of both mom and baby. The goal is simple: to help you feel supported, cared for, and a little more like yourself throughout your pregnancy.
Cancellation Policy
Client Agreement By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following: Consent to Treatment I voluntarily consent to receive massage therapy, reflexology, herbal wellness services, and other wellness services provided by Fruitful Vibrations LLC. I understand these services are intended to promote relaxation, improve mobility, reduce muscular tension, and support overall wellness. They are not intended to diagnose, prescribe, or replace medical care. I agree to inform my practitioner of any changes in my health, medications, pregnancy, surgeries, or injuries before each visit and will immediately communicate any discomfort during treatment. I understand that temporary soreness or bruising may occur following a session. Financial & Cancellation Policy -Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. A non-refundable $25 deposit is required for private-pay appointments when a card is not kept on file. Insurance benefits are verified as a courtesy and are not a guarantee of payment. I am responsible for any copays, deductibles, coinsurance, denied claims, or non-covered services. -I agree to provide at least 24 hours' notice if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and no-call/no-show appointments may be subject to applicable fees. Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Privacy & Professional Standards My personal and health information will remain confidential and used only for treatment, scheduling, billing, insurance processing (when applicable), and other business operations permitted by law. I understand that all services are professional, therapeutic, and non-sexual in nature. Inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund. Acknowledgement I certify that the information I have provided is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I have had the opportunity to ask questions and voluntarily consent to receive services from Fruitful Vibrations LLC under the policies outlined above.
